New Territories is a studio and consultancy founded by Joyce Lai. We collaborate with early-stage and established teams to craft and execute their product vision, from initial design through implementation.Our work spans end-to-end product development—from design and project management to full-stack implementation. Recent work includes the Morrison Cohen Digital Assets litigation tracker, where we led design, development, and project management, and Real Mamas of Crypto, where we cultivate community through digital products, events, and spaces that bring together women in web3.About Joyce Lai: Previously, Joyce was an attorney at ConsenSys, a blockchain company, and a private funds attorney at Seward & Kissel LLP. She co-founded the Fordham Law Blockchain Regulatory Symposium, an invite-only event for senior crypto legal leaders. A self-taught coder and EthGlobal hackathon winner, Joyce's unique blend of product instinct, technical know-how, and highly-regulated product expertise helps our clients iterate faster and with greater confidence.
